SoCal Light provides professional holiday and landscape lighting services โ including design, installation, in-season maintenance, removal, and storage โ for residential and commercial properties in Orange County and throughout Southern California. The specific scope of any project is defined in the estimate or agreement we provide to you.
Estimates are provided free of charge and are not binding until confirmed in a written agreement or accepted quote. Pricing is based on the information available at the time and may change if the scope, property conditions, or materials differ. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.
Installation, service, and removal are scheduled by mutual arrangement. You agree to provide safe access to the property and a working power source as needed for the display. Timelines may be affected by weather, availability, and circumstances beyond our control.
Payment terms, including any deposit and balance, are set out in your estimate or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due as described there. Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of service.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation terms, including any non-refundable deposits, will be described in your estimate or agreement.
SoCal Light carries liability insurance for the work we perform. We take care to protect your property during our work. In-season service on our installations is included as described in your agreement โ if something goes out or comes loose, we'll make it right. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, electrical systems not installed by us, or damage caused by weather, third parties, or misuse. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute relating to our services or website will be handled in the courts located in Orange County, California.
